UPDATE:
We have been notified by Cigna that the problem is now RESOLVED.
As of November 9 we began getting calls from our patients stating they’d gotten letters from Cigna stating Dr. Anne Brown had terminated her contract with them. This is NOT TRUE AT ALL and we are working diligently to have this corrected with the company. The problem did not occur with our other providers, and we are thinking they may have gotten her mixed up with another non-Gyn Dr. Brown in the area. Please don’t worry about any bills you may have received due to this error, as we will be sure to work it out with them soon!
